West End Yards, Portsmouth NH
We are working with Eckman Construction on the ongoing project in Portsmouth. With multiple buildings, this project will be a great contribution to the local housing market. They offer spacious studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments. The building also offer luxurious amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center, dog washing area, work-at-home stations, a coffee bar, and much more.

We installed doors and hardware for ICV Corporation of Burlington, VT. This project includes seventy-five units on three floors over top of a two-story parking garage.
snowblock housing, Brattleboro, VT
This twenty-three unit provides much needed affordable housing to Brattleboro, VT. We installed cabinets, countertops, doors, hardware and running trim for ReArch Companies of South Burlington, VT.

This two-building housing project provides approximately one-hundred apartments. We partnered with Benchmark Construction of Westbrook ME to install cabinets, countertops, doors, hardware and running trim.
87 Washington Street, Haverhill, MA
We were pleased to be a part of this renovation of an existing historic brick building into 24 apartment and commercial space for Landmark Structures of Woburn, MA. We installed cabinets and countertops, doors and hardware, and running trim. We also replaced 300 aluminum windows.
98 Essex Street, HAverhill MA
We participated in the transformation of an existing shoe factory into sixty-two apartments in Haverhill, MA. The apartments at 98 Essex perfectly blends modern interior elements with the charm of original building. We installed all doors and hardware, cabinets and countertops as well as running trim throughout the entire building for NEI Construction of Randolph, MA.

We are currently involved in an ongoing project with Manchester based developer, Avise Properties, at their new housing development in Londonderry, NH. We are installing the doors and hardware. This 12 building community provides 1 and 2 bedroom units right off I-93. The clubhouse also offers a pool, fitness center, and party room to all residents.
Three Meeting Place
This was the third phase of Avesta Housing’s Meeting Place Apartments in Exeter, NH. This new development provides 43 affordable, non-age restricted units. These units have many sustainable features, such as solar panels, a ducted mini-split system, and triple pane windows. We installed the interior finish package for Benchmark Construction of Westbrook, Maine.
Bradley Commons, Dover, New Hampshire
We installed doors and hardware for Pine Brook Corporation of Kittery, ME. The new workforce housing development is located on the former St. Charles Church site on Central Avenue in Dover. With 22 one-bedroom apartments, 15 two-bedroom apartments and 2 three-bedroom apartments, this project will be a great asset to the community
Franklin Light and Power Mill, Franklin, NH
We were pleased to be part of this mill renovation in our home town of Franklin.This project restored an abandoned mill into spacious, affordable housing, while keeping many of the features of the mill. With 45 income qualifying units, this workforce housing development will provide much needed quality, affordable housing to Franklin. We installed the kitchens, doors and hardware, as well as the stairwells for Bonnette, Page, and Stone of Laconia, NH.
The Residences at Silver Square, Dover, NH
The new senior housing community in Dover, NH provides both independent and assisted living units, as well as an Alzheimer wing. This community offers 76 units and many amenities including a library, beauty salon, theater and more. We installed doors and hardware for Eckman Construction of Bedford, NH.
The Residence at Salem Woods, Salem NH
In 2016, we installed doors and hardware for Eckman Construction. The brand new senior living community has 84 units.

Gilman Carpentry put in all the doors and hardware, approximately 1000 doors at the brand new resort in Lincoln, NH. This project was for Daniel Hebert, Inc of Colebrook, NH.
